Q: Why do MMA Fighters train with Ryan Johnson?

Ryan Johnson’s training program provides rapid results by implementing up-to-date personal training techniques, motivation, and nutritional education.

When I first came to Ryan my goal was to put on some muscle and increase my strength for my sophomore year in wrestling.  Wow did he deliver!!  After training with Ryan for 6 months I increased my muscle mass by 15 lbs. I also increased my flexibility and strength on all exercise that catered to the sport of wrestling.  As a result I placed 6th place in the Arizona high school wrestling championships. Q: What's the difference between you and other fitness trainers? 

Answer: 
Most Personal Trainers train their clients the same way that they train themselves.  In reality, everyone has different goals and needs as individuals, so our training programs will be different.  This is not a "1 fits all approach" program.  Each client receives a completely custom-designed workout and nutritional program.  Most Personal Trainers have their clients perform the same workout every time, over and over again, for months or even years.   Success Fitness Trainer clients enjoy an ever-changing workout as there body goes through rapid changes.  To get the results you desire, you need to call and schedule a fitness assessment.

Ryan will get you in shape!! After a short time with him, I was able to see results and on the way to dramatic success. With a simple eating plan, especially if you lead a busy lifestyle, training  was really enjoyable. Ryan knows how to get your body to respond to workouts, and he had many different exercises I have never utilized  before. In 5 weeks with Ryan I was able to lose 14 lbs while gaining  3 lbs of muscle, and lowering my blood pressure. I strongly recommend, regardless of fitness level. Q: What is a training session with Ryan like?

Answer: 
The answer is simple; there is nothing typical about a training session with Ryan!  Every workout is specifically tailored to each and every individual client’s goals and needs.  Ryan takes the time to plan and schedule what will be included in a day’s workout for all of his clients.  The individual will not know what to expect from their workout, other than the fact that it will be an hour long session comprised of stretching, weight pumping, plyometric exercises, and/or cardio-vascular exercises.  Ryan has hundreds of different exercises and techniques that he has learned over the years to help his clients attain their goals.  Through his professional schooling and certifications, and his experiences competing in body building competitions, Ryan brings a vast wealth of knowledge and experience to all of his client’s workout sessions. 

In addition to the rigorous hour-long training session you will have, Ryan gives advice on nutrition and healthy living during the training session.  Always tough, but always in a positive, productive way, Ryan will motivate, support, reinforce, and even aggravate, individuals at times in order to help them reach their fitness goals.  But, when it has all said and done, Ryan successfully helps each and every one of his clients to attain their goals.  These goals are reached through determination and intensity on the part of Ryan and the client!  Ryan is also masterful at informing, educating, and pushing his clients as far as they need to go in order to reach their goals.  That said, you now have a feel for what a workout with Ryan is like; intense, positively reinforcing, educational, and at times, exhausting.
